2. Where the service is available
- QRpuz is a cloud service available worldwide wherever there is internet access. It requires no on-site installation or local hardware.
- The dashboard and guest-facing menu are available in Turkish, English, Arabic and Chinese (Arabic includes right-to-left layout support).
- Available payment methods may vary by country. You will see the methods valid in your country at checkout.
3. Legal restrictions and sanctions
- We do not provide the service to countries, regions, individuals or entities subject to international sanctions or embargoes. Applications and accounts falling within that scope are refused or closed.
- By using the service you confirm that you are not subject to applicable sanctions or export control regulations.
- Complying with the laws of your own country is your responsibility. As the business, you are responsible for presenting items on your menu — such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or foods carrying health claims — in line with local regulations.
4. Who can use it
- QRpuz is a business-to-business service, designed for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and similar food and beverage businesses.
- The person opening the account must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business.
- Account holders are responsible for the security of their credentials.
5. Prohibited uses
- Offering, promoting or selling illegal goods or services.
- Uploading images, trademarks or text that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Publishing misleading pricing, content or menu information.
- Reverse engineering the service, overloading it with automated tools, or using it to build a competing product.
- Using the AI features for bulk content generation unrelated to the purpose of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
6. Service continuity
We work to provide the service without interruption. Temporary outages may still occur due to maintenance, infrastructure provider incidents or events beyond our control. We notify customers ahead of planned maintenance.
